After the pallet enters the Palletizer, our High Flow Palletizer raises the pallet to be under the location of the carton stacking platform, and then makes the pallet to decline layer by layer after stacking each layer. When it stacks to the set layer, the pallet and finished products are being lowered unto the pallet conveyor. Due to fewer elevating movements and fewer cycles, it is faster than Low Flow Type Palletizer. However, since the cartons feeding and the stacking platform height are higher, the connection and troubleshooting of this machine is more difficult than that of Low Flow Type Palletizer. On the other hand, this machine is mostly suitable for cartons conveying downwards which can benefit the ground space.
